Support project coordination: Assist the project management team with scheduling, tracking progress, and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
Budget and cost tracking support: Assist in reviewing cost data provided by the project controls team, flagging discrepancies for senior review.

Stakeholder communication: Help maintain good relationships with external parties by coordinating meetings, preparing notes, and following up on actions.
Bidding and procurement assistance: Provide administrative support during bidding and procurement processes, such as gathering documents and tracking deadlines.
Risk and change monitoring: Support the commercial team by tracking risks, changes, and opportunities, ensuring updates are logged correctly.
Involvement in bidding and procurement
Portfolio support: Maintain records and assist with monitoring project portfolios, escalating issues to senior staff when needed.
