Candidates must hold an associate degree in engineering or design technology, or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution, or be capable of completing the degree within six months of hire. No relocation assistance is provided for this position. Active‑Duty Military Service members are exempt from geographic area limitations. A bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution is also acceptable.
Applicants should have at least one year of experience using 3D CAD systems such as AutoCAD Inventor to design electromechanical assemblies. Strong verbal and written communication, persuasive abilities, and analytical problem‑solving skills are required.
