Reporting to senior IT leadership, the customer‑facing Programme Manager will lead high‑impact, multi‑disciplinary programmes for the CEZ initiative, balancing technical and business objectives to achieve strategic outcomes and benefits realisation.
The role requires leading and delivering complex programmes, tracking benefits, managing dependencies, ensuring seamless handover of technical deliverables into operations, governing finance and programme processes, and mentoring less experienced project managers.
Successful candidates will hold a recognised qualification such as MSP®, PgMP®, PMP® or equivalent experience, and have proven programme management expertise in fast‑paced, complex environments. They must demonstrate outstanding stakeholder engagement, especially in customer‑facing transformation and operational contexts like cybersecurity, strong financial governance and risk management, and the ability to blend technical and business goals.
Applicants will undergo additional nuclear‑industry security screening, including BPSS clearance, a DBS check and a basic financial probity check.
The position offers genuine autonomy and responsibility, allowing you to influence organisational transformation, build strong stakeholder relationships and work on high‑impact programmes that make a real difference.
