Support effective financial planning by working cross-functionally with Accounting and Finance.
Partner closely with internal teams during mergers and acquisitions to support system scalability.
Ensure system accuracy through various audits and process controls.
Manage data import/exports and ensure consistent integration with separate business tools (CRM, Payroll, Timekeeping, etc.)
Oversee documentation and change procedures.
Develop and manage reports, KPIs, dashboards and data visualizations to support leadership and project teams.
Develop custom workflows and processes for solutions to enhance growth and efficiency.
Test and lead the execution of system upgrades and new module implementations.
Maintain user roles, access permissions and audit controls.
Maintain system integrity, including data structures, fields and integrations with other software platforms.
Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls and data security standards.
Serve as the lead administrator for Deltek Vantagepoint, overseeing configuration, workflows, dashboards and security settings.
Develop and train best practices for system usage, documentation and governance.
Promote consistency by establishing standard processes and best practices.

5+ years of experience managing ERP systems
Deltek Vantagepoint experience

7+ years of experience administering ERP systems
