Represent the company in external engagements with regulators, investors, and counterparties, providing leadership and oversight on analytics-related matters.
Provide leadership and oversight in collaboration between trading, commercial, and finance teams to inform hedging strategies, capital allocation, and pricing decisions.
Oversee/lead deal structuring and valuation of complex products, including bespoke transactions, to support trading and origination strategies.

Ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with broader business strategies by fostering close collaboration with Origination, Operations, and Risk teams.
Guide the delivery of actionable insights to senior leadership regarding market trends, risks, and opportunities.
Oversee the deployment and integration of analytics platforms (e.g., PLEXOS, BID3, Aurora, UPLAN) with ETRM systems.
Lead the recruitment, development, and management of a team of analysts and data scientists focused on commodity analytics and risk management.

Advanced training in quantitative modeling or machine learning
10+ years of experience in power and commodity markets, with deep expertise in market modeling and risk analytics.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Tableau, and Excel; familiarity with energy trading and structured products.
FRM or CFA designation
Proven leadership in building and scaling analytics teams and systems.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights.
Entrepreneurial and motivated attitude, with an ability to effectively manage multi-jurisdictional teams and complex and evolving work scopes.
