The specialist will act as a central coordinator, ensuring that national priorities are aligned across all SLG markets and that the offshore Advanced Data Management Team operates efficiently. Collaboration with SLG leadership and BOSC stakeholders will shape cohesive workflows and drive continuous improvement.
In addition to supporting operational execution, the role includes serving as the primary liaison for Guidehouse Operations functions and providing backup leadership for the ADMT partnership, while contributing to strategic presentations and steering committee activities.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (or associate’s with extensive experience) and bring at least eight to ten years of relevant experience in healthcare provider, central office, or revenue‑cycle environments; equivalent experience may substitute for formal education.
Preferred qualifications include program support or operations administration experience, advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, strong written communication and facilitation skills, the ability to synthesize large data sets, relationship‑building across diverse stakeholder groups, a keen eye for process improvement, and familiarity with PowerBI, Power Apps, and statistical analysis.
