Support the trainers and field technicians on Riello products, support lab activities and field services.
Handle all types of correspondence and troubleshooting with customers (residential, light commercial and industrial) relating to Riello’s products—such as burners, boilers, and other associated equipment
Performing technical analysis and diagnostic procedures to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues or design deviations in alignment with customer specifications and safety standards.
Documenting service activities and communicating insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; ensuring customers are informed about work performed, prevailing issues, and recommended upgrades or repairs.
