The Vice President, Group Financial and Regulatory Reporting will be responsible for all aspects of group and regulatory reporting in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. The role leads a small finance team across London and Mumbai, delivering quarterly consolidated results for Brookfield’s listed vehicles in North America and for the FCA, while providing timely, accurate financial information to internal stakeholders.
Key duties include full ownership of the quarterly European group reporting, consolidation of multi‑entity, multi‑currency results, and preparation of journal entries and analysis for senior finance members. The incumbent will coordinate quarterly forecasts, annual budgeting, month‑end close, and ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality reporting within tight deadlines. Responsibilities also cover FCA regulatory returns, VAT filings, and aiding the accounting for restructures, acquisitions and other major transactions, as well as preparing semi‑annual regional presentations for global executives.
Candidates must hold ACA or ACCA qualification with more than ten years of post‑qualification experience, and have a proven background in group reporting outside financial services, including multi‑currency consolidations. Strong IFRS technical accounting knowledge, hands‑on approach, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent time‑management skills are essential. Experience with FCA reporting, capital and liquidity management is desirable, and successful team leadership and stakeholder communication are required.
