In this role, you will lead the delivery of automation solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and improve the customer experience. You’ll play a key part in driving Hyde’s digital transformation — identifying opportunities for robotic process automation (RPA) and intelligent automation, and ensuring these solutions deliver measurable business value and align with our strategic priorities.

Work closely with service teams and stakeholders to identify and embed scalable automation opportunities.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend tools that support performance and innovation.
Lead the end-to-end design, build, delivery, and optimisation of automation solutions that enhance workflows and service delivery.
Create and deliver a strategic automation vision and roadmap aligned to Hyde’s digital transformation goals.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure compliance with Hyde’s architecture, security, and service standards.
