The Project Management Leader will oversee all phases of residential lighting, shading, and controls projects, from planning and execution to delivery and installation. This role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, exceeding customer expectations. Accountability includes coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing project risks.
Success in this role is measured by providing strategic leadership to the project management team, establishing clear goals aligned with company objectives, and implementing best‑practice policies to improve delivery. The leader guides planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, maintains effective stakeholder communication, and proactively mitigates risks. They also foster a culture of accountability, mentor team members, and conduct performance evaluations. Continuous learning about industry trends and emerging technologies is expected to refine project methodologies.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management or a related field, with PMP certification preferred, and bring 8–10 years of project management experience, including five years in a leadership role. Proven success managing complex luxury residential projects, strong leadership, communication, and proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Agile, Waterfall, or Asana are required.
