The Materials Operations Intern will work with the Materials Operations Group at the Carrier Collierville Manufacturing Facility to define and improve internal material‑logistics processes. The role will lead and contribute to cross‑functional teams that include operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain to drive efficiency improvements.

Review material delivery routes to identify optimization opportunities for improved efficiency
Develop a tracking system for material movement of critical components
Track receiving metrics to ensure accuracy and provide improvement feedback
Set up a bin audit program for critical components
