- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Proven relevant experience in construction site operations, with exposure to planning, performance monitoring, and engineering coordination – ideally within nuclear, energy, or large infrastructure projects
- Good understanding of engineering concepts to effectively interface with Design Back Office and Site Engineering teams
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, field-intensive environment
- Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools – able to generate structured reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
- Highly credible in the field – able to challenge and support Black Hats and field supervisors constructively
- Excellent communication and coordination skills – confident leading cross-functional meetings and working across disciplines (field, planning, engineering, QS, and management)
- Strong understanding of planning cycles, shift coordination, and construction workflows
