The National DOD Military Director will manage strategic growth and development of the U.S. Government and DOD Military end‑user customer base, focusing on Interface’s products and turn‑key offerings. Reporting to the Head of Turnkey Strategy and Implementation, the director will build a detailed market sales process, mentor account executives, and drive a customer‑development strategy across 4PL partners and DOD branches. The position is remote, can be based anywhere in the U.S., and involves roughly 40 % nationwide travel. Success will be measured by increasing sales activity, expanding the Interface brand, and delivering market insights using tools such as Salesforce.
