  • Record actions, observations, and risks.
  • Assist with Capex planning for FM related assets.
  • Coordinate internal and external client events.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal staff.
  • Ensure full operational readiness of the facility through maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with CAPEX project planning and execution.
  • Address and communicate client/customer requests, concerns or complaints.
  • Assist with project invoicing and aged debt payments.
  • Supervise permits to work and risk assessments.
  • Lead by example and promote team wellbeing.
  • Select and manage vendors in collaboration with the procurement team.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met through daily communication with stakeholders and the client.
  • Monitor budget and actual spend, explaining variances.
  • Provide support and guidance to ensure efficient and safe work processes.
  • Brief and meet with stakeholders as needed.
  • Represent Macro professionally on-site and build strong client relationships.
  • Support savings strategies.
  • Oversee the full P2P process.
  • Implement health and safety standards through site inspections and suppliers risk assessments.
  • Maintain minimum Quality League Table standards.
  • Manage access control systems.
  • Complete monthly KPI reporting.
  • Support trainings needs and execution.
  • Ensure all operational procedures are in place.
  • Monitor and ensure supplier performance.
  • Document scope changes via CCR.
  • Manage services in line with Macro’s quality standards.
  • Share compliments and complaints with the account manager and manage follow-up actions.
  • Encourage innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver highly professional, customer-focused service.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and standards.
  • Conduct meetings, set objectives, and perform performance reviews.
  • Contribute to contractual savings targets.
  • Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance through designated suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms, ensuring alignment with service level agreements.
  • Manage supplier commissioning and permitting.
  • Organise regular supplier meetings and share minutes.
  • Promote sustainable practices and products.
  • Ensure compliance with PPM, RA, and legislative requirements.
  • Manage all logged and requested tasks via the Macro FM24 Helpdesk.
  • Record and address improvement suggestions and requirements.
  • Support minor project implementation, including relocations.
  • Share ideas for process improvement constructively.
  • Ensure compliance with Maco / client requirements and local legislation.
  • Support investigations into near misses, accidents, and incidents.
  • Draft and manage internal communications related to facility coordination and revisions.
  • Support office moves, minor projects and ad hoc tasks.
  • Organise and monitor revision exams and dates.

  • Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH
  • Technical skills in FM
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of property and business compliance.
  • Basic Health and Safety qualifications, including knowledge of RAMS, Permit to Work, and compliance paperwork.
  • Accountability for deliverables and attention to detail
  • Effective planning abilities experience managing multiple tasks and requirements
