  • Weld components: Join metals using various welding techniques, such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding, on different material thicknesses.
  • Material handling: Operate material handling equipment, if required
  • Interpret technical documents: Read and CAD/engineering drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and AHU/unit layouts.
  • Fabricate and assemble: Cut, shape, and assemble metal materials (such as steel, aluminium, stainless steel, etc.) using a variety of tools and machinery.
  • Adhere to safety standards: Follow all company and industry safety regulations and procedures, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

  • Experience with fabrication tools such as grinders, drills etc.
  • Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Collaborate: Work effectively within a team, communicating clearly with department supervisor and/or project managers, as well as other team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
  • Strong understanding of health and safety protocols and a commitment to a safe work environment.
  • Proficiency in MIG welding and knowledge of it’s equipment
