Monitor construction progress, adherence to plans, and compliance with specifications.
Coordinate information flow to keep all parties informed.
Ensure that the project meets quality standards and specifications.
Travel as needed to project sites. Travel may involve extended stays away from your home location during the week.
Maintain accurate redline or as-built drawings to document project modifications.
Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including owners, engineers, and contractors.
Monitor work to prevent construction defects.
Keep detailed records of project quantities, daily reports, and changes.
Participate in on-site activities, collaborating with residents, property owners, and contractors.

3-5 years of relevant experience
OSHA 10, CPR, and first aid certifications are highly desirable.
Experience as a treatment plant operator and certifications (Class 3 and up) in water treatment plants is advantageous.
