The Manager – Projects EPC is overall responsible for Project Management (PMT) activities across multiple projects and works closely with the Project Director.
Key responsibilities include defining detailed project plans and critical paths at monthly, weekly, and daily levels, continuously monitoring risks in a predefined register and implementing mitigation strategies, and developing systems, controls, and processes to track key metrics.
The role also involves budgeting support, maintaining quarterly and annual budgets, controlling drawings and documentation, coordinating with site Project Managers for corporate support, and collaborating with execution, engineering, SCM, finance, and other cross‑functional teams.
Additional duties cover close coordination with EPC on billing and order amendments, working with the cost control team for budget and cost approvals, communicating with clients for information sharing and approvals, supporting bidding activities, raising purchase requisitions, and maintaining S‑curves for supply, revenue, billing, and collections.
The manager may conduct site visits as needed, and must exhibit behavioural competencies such as analytical decision‑making, customer service orientation, information seeking, and innovative thinking, as well as functional competencies in financial, operational, people, and strategic areas.
