The Photography Manager will combine leadership, technical photography expertise, and a customer‑service focus to ensure clients receive high‑quality media. You will oversee a dynamic team, maintain rigorous quality standards, and act as the primary liaison between clients, sales, logistics, and creative departments. The role is based in‑office, Monday through Friday, with occasional fieldwork and interstate travel.
Managing a team of eight to ten photographers, you will drive performance through coaching, workflow optimisation, and regular quality audits. You will also serve as the go‑to technical contact, troubleshooting equipment and software issues while coordinating with IT support. Flexibility is required for evening or weekend work to meet client needs and for occasional travel to appointments.
