

Fully integrated rental housing firm developing, managing, acquiring and investing in multifamily communities
The Leasing Consultant drives the property’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. This role involves all leasing activities from greeting prospects to securing lease renewals while providing resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.
Key duties include greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, performing credit and background checks, preparing leases and move‑in packages, and ensuring smooth resident move‑ins. You will design and execute off‑site marketing programs, analyze market trends, enforce lease terms through inspections and collections, and follow up with prospects and residents to finalize leasing decisions. Additionally, you will maintain property cleanliness and safety, respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, and generate various accounting and reporting documents.
A high school diploma or GED is required; experience in property management, sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred. Candidates must possess strong communication, presentation, and computer skills, be proficient with property‑management software (such as Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite), hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift 20 lb independently (50 lb with assistance) and perform standing, walking, climbing, stooping, and squatting duties.

The position is a 40‑hour week with regular site hours of 9 am‑6 pm Monday‑Friday, 10 am‑5 pm Saturday, and 1 pm‑5 pm Sunday, and requires weekend availability as scheduled. Work is performed in an office setting with frequent exposure to outdoor elements, temperatures, and occasional hazards.
