Develop Condition Based Methodologies to further enhance Services product offerings
Execute the design, analysis or evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business and regulatory standards, practices, procedures and product/program requirements.
Develop and assist in creating global inspection and repair procedures
Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and standards based on learnings.
Provide timely communications on significant issues or developments
Develop bespoke and enhanced repair methods, engaging with specialist internal and external global resources.

Provide technical leadership and ownership of assigned projects

Perform system level troubleshooting for more complex issues
Collaborate with other functions such as manufacturing, sourcing, field service and project management to solve issues and improve processes
Assess inspection report findings following for maintenance and recertification activities.
Provide technical support for both internal and external customer issues related to Overhaul & Repair and after-market equipment performance.

Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience
Ability to work non-standard hours, as required
Familiar with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards for pressure control and drilling equipment
In-depth knowledge of drilling equipment, specifically drill-through or Blow Out Preventer (BOP) equipment, topside equipment and associated mechanical systems
Root Cause Analysis experience
Experience dealing with electrical controls
Clear thinker with ability to develop, communicate and deliver clear strategy and action plans
Excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers
Ability and willingness to travel to support customers
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis, now or in the future, without employer sponsorship for employment visa status
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of relevant experience)
