Ability to run projects end-to-end, from client scoping through to delivery.
Outstanding background in drainage operations (survey, maintenance, rehabilitation, pumping systems and treatment plants).
Hands-on training in patch repairs and full-length liner installs.
A knowledge of plumbing work
IOSH Managing Safely
Happy to travel extensively - approximately 3 days per week.
Someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service and owning a challenge through to resolution.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, engaging effectively with all levels—from site teams to senior leadership.
Experience of sales support, project scoping, or technical consultancy is preferred.
This role involves regular travel across the UK and to our Support Centre in Macclesfield.
Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety, compliance standards and drainage law.
