Account Sales Representative

Description

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base and a proven Book-of-business.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

The Sales Rep position will have a competitive base + commission. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably in the construction equipment industry. They will be responsible for selling the full line of construction equipment, including new and used machinery, as well as equipment rental services. Candidates must reside centrally within the assigned market territory Philadelphia & Pennsauken metro area to effectively cover customer concentration centers.

As part of this strategy, we are seeking a driven, forward-thinking, and highly motivated Sales Rep to join our team in Pennsauken, NJ.

• Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role.
• Previous account management experience.
• Proficient computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Previous experience marketing heavy construction equipment.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must live centrally within the designated territory.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in selling and renting construction equipment or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the tri-state area.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
