Maintain various lists for Project Managers including job list for each region, subcontract tracking lists
Make travel arrangements when necessary
Prepare various forms as directed by Projects Managers (Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Change Orders, Professional Service Agreements, and transmittals)
Typing/preparing various items such as letters, bid instructions, memos, proposals, outline specifications, and expense reports as needed
Answer incoming phone calls and coordinate communication with vendors and customers in the event of a Project Manager’s absence
Provide drawing management support including filing, printing, drawing logs, maintaining FTP site and Procore, filing jobsite photos
Assist Project Managers with proposals as needed. This may include typing up proposal letters, outline specifications and assembling proposal books
Take a lead role in upholding our work hard/play hard company culture

Experience working in Vista, Procore or similar accounting/ERP system preferred
Strong computer skills are essential. Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Experience with document management within a file-sharing system, Egnyte would be ideal (dropbox, sharepoint, onedrive, etc.) preferred
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and on schedule with minimal oversight and direction
2-5 years of related project administration experience, construction industry experience a plus
College degree preferred
