Experience with fluid power systems, including air, steam and hydraulic systems.
Experience with ISO 9001, REACH, RoHS and other regulatory frameworks.
4-year degree in a technical-based field such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in engineering roles within an industrial manufacturing environment.
Strong experience with measuring equipment including optical comparators, calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, thread gauges and other measuring devices.
Travel is required. Estimated at 25% as needed to oversee and support engineering operations for manufacturing sites in Springfield, MO and Boyertown, PA.
Devoted to Customers – Builds trusted relationships through service and reliability.
At least 2+ years in a managerial or leadership capacity preferred. Proven track record of leading engineering projects from conception to completion.
Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and presentation. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, vendors and contractors.
