Administers and maintains NDT qualification program for Level I, II and III NDT Team Members
The NDT Level III ensures that Non-Destructive Testing processes and procedures adhere to customer requirements in a manner that guarantees compliance and efficiency
Records, organizes and evaluates test results and generates NDT and QA inspection reports
Oversee the work of NDT inspectors and ensures quality assurance and safety procedures are met
Capable of assuming technical responsibility for the NDT facility and staff, Selecting the method and technique for a specific inspection, Preparing and verifying the adequacy of procedures and work instructions, approving NDT procedures and work instructions for technical adequacy

Preferred candidate will be a Certified Level III Visual Examination (VT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Magnetic Particle (MT)
HS diploma or equivalent
Liquid Penetrant (PT)
Experience in the inspection of metal fabrications, pressure vessels, piping, tanks, or gas systems
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Capable of providing or directing training, examination and certification of personnel
Visual Examination (VT)
Must be qualified and certified to SNT-TC-1A in two or more of the following NDT Methods that will be utilized:
Previous Level II Certification to SNT-TC-1A including documented objective evidence of classroom and on the job training experience.
Qualifications in at least three of the following methods: radiography, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, visual inspection and ultrasound
The candidate must be currently certified or be capable of attaining certification within 6 months in at least four of the methods listed above in accordance with NAVSEA 250-1500-1 or SNT-TC-1A
