- Participer à la rédaction et la mise à jour de la documentation opérationnelle en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes;
- Soutenir l’équipe opérations dans leurs responsabilités de gestion des opérations quotidiennes en offrant des solutions créatives qui augmentent l'efficacité et qui règlent les problèmes liés à la prestation de services;
- Participer activement aux revues de conception systèmes et éléments du réseau ferroviaire pour assurer qu’ils sont conformes aux besoins opérationnels;
- Management d’équipes d’exploitation et/ou pilotage de projets transverses;

- Habiletés avancées en communication en français et en anglais (oral et écrit);
- Leadership transversal, autonomie, rigueur et capacité à naviguer dans un environnement de projets complexes.
- Possibilité de travail en mode hybride (selon les postes);
- Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la mise en œuvre des règles d’exploitation;
- Identifier les besoins en formation pour les opérateurs et apporter un regard critique sur les pratiques en place et décliner les projets au besoin pour assurer leur conformité opérationnelle;
- Contribuer aux différents projets techniques, systèmes pour le compte des opérations;
- Expérience en mise en service et mode projet;
- Participer aux analyses techniques et fonctionnelles des anomalies et incidents, élaborer des plans d’actions ou de mitigations;
- Capacité rédactionnelle pour formaliser des livrables opérationnels;
- Agir comme expert pour l’opérabilité du REM, la performance opérationnelle et recommander les meilleures pratiques;
- Minimum 15 ans d’expérience en exploitation de transport de voyageurs ferroviaire (tramway, métro, train), idéalement dans un environnement métro GoA4;
- Maîtrise des principes d’opérations ferroviaires et connaissance des systèmes (ATC,ATS, SCADA, BLS, ISM…);
