Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions, and career path structures.
Identifies problems and opportunities in data integrity audits of job and employee information to ensure all HR and compensation data is accurate, complete, and up to date.

1-3 years career progressive experience in HR, including direct experience mentoring compensation staff Preferred
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Match Index, Pivot Tables) are required.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Preferred
Master's Degree MBA in HR Management Preferred
Knowledge of related legal standards; such as ERISA, FLSA, and Equal Pay laws.
Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
Strong business acumen and awareness of compensation and market trends.
Strong project management skills and problem-solving experience.
