Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Front Desk Associate monitors building traffic, maintains the front office, and communicates with residents, visitors, and staff. Duties include answering phones, monitoring cameras, assisting residents and guests, documenting building activity, writing incident reports, completing work orders, and ensuring building security. The role requires adherence to MidPen policies and Fair Housing regulations.
The position requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of receptionist or administrative experience. Candidates must have proficient computer skills, excellent written and verbal communication, flexibility to perform varied tasks, reliable transportation with a valid California driver’s license and insurance, and a commitment to MidPen’s mission and values. Physical demands involve desk‑based computer work, occasional standing, lifting up to 15 lbs, and the ability to work flexible hours.
This is a part‑time role (24 hours per week) with an hourly wage of $18.02‑$20.00, based on experience and qualifications.
