Admin support for concessions & property conveyancing, handling data, billing and customer service.

Tasks

-Process pensioner/senior concession applications and cancellations -Action and resolve anomalies/rejections arising from Settlement Agents conveyancing requests and queries -Supporting critical processes for some of our largest customer groups – Concession holders, Settlement agents and new homeowners

What You Bring

-Well-developed organisational and planning skills to achieve work targets -Skilled in delivery of billing practices, management and maintenance of customer records and the application of financial adjustments. -Great attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and skilled in data entry. -Knowledge of government concession cards and rebates -Ability to easily work across multiple applications and screens to complete tasks -Knowledge of property settlement and conveyancing requirements -Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills across a range of mediums -The ability to increase your skills and knowledge across challenging streams of work
