- Manage MRP via SAP, monitor requisitions and place Purchase Orders with internal and external suppliers.
- Promote teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Support the coordination and execution of customer/engineering changes.
- Coordinate and balance supply and demand with suppliers.
- Review SAP master data including, but not limited to, minimum order quantities, safety stocks, lead times, purchasing info records, etc.
- Negotiate clear and robust delivery, performance terms and manage supplier relationship to develop and/or improve sourcing models, logistics model agreements, Service Level Agreements, etc.
- Evaluate the current supply chain conditions and improve it by working with our corporate resources.
- Responsible to analyze current and future demand to developing stock availability, defining priorities with suppliers, and making sure the production schedule at supplier matches with factory demands.
- Oversee and maintain inventory, working closely with materials/inventory management teams within the different manufacturing plants.
- First line of escalation for supplier expedites for assigned commodities.
- Analyze large amounts of data to develop sourcing strategies by component and supplier.
- Monitor the supply chain risks and take actions to secure the supply chain.
- Responsible for meeting the inventory targets, delivery reliability and cost saving initiatives.

- 5+ years of overall professional and/or educational experience related to the role.
- Strong negotiations skills

- Advanced hands-on knowledge of SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership capabilities
- 1-2 years of inventory, purchasing and/or procurement experience with MRP system
