We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSector Lead - Waterto drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and client engagement across our water infrastructure portfolio. This leadership role is pivotal in shaping the future of water projects in Australia, from major treatment plants to sustainable urban water solutions. The position is ideally based in Sydney or Melbourne.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of Australian water regulations, standards, and market dynamics.
• Proven leadership experience in the water sector within construction or infrastructure.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, construction management, or related fields.
• Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and a passion for sustainable infrastructure.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
