To ensure that the company gets the best out of its subcontractors and suppliers, by proper selection and management in conjunction with the project team
To actively lead by example at all times ensuring that all working relationships with internal and external customers are consistent and to the highest standards.
To ensure that for all activities you are responsible for, all company process/standards laid down in the Business Quality Management System are adhered to
To work with the commercial and procurement teams to ensure proper protection of the company’s financial and contractual position
Prioritising H&S matters
To manage all disciplines, i.e. Surveying, Design Management, Buying, Planning, Human Resources, Health, Safety and Environment, to provide effective management of the project
To be solely responsible for the Project, health, safety and the environment, as contained within the Health and Safety Management System

Extensive experience working with a main contractor
Excellent Leadership and Financial Control skills with proven technical knowledge and a profit minded ability
