Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects when required.
To manage and control all project document flow on Procore
Provide administrative support as needed.
Maintain the document control system and ensure it is up to date.
Ensure all documents are up to date and the latest version.
Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information ensuring accurate information management.
Managing more than one project
Manage business archiving such that documentation is stored efficiently and can always be accessed and referenced.
To provide subject matter expertise and coaching on the use of common data environment software to relevant project teams and subcontractors.
Liaise with project teams, ensuring they have a full understanding of the document control procedure along with the Procore procedures providing training and instruction as needed for the distribution of project information ensuring that stakeholders receive up to date information.
Understand and conduct the role specific requirements of the Information Management Systems and help identify opportunities for improvement.
