Operate and set up equipment in the Production Department.
Perform various data collection functions in PeopleSoft (ERP).
Report department metrics.
Maximize yield and reduce scrap.
Verify order information and produce part(s) with the correct material, density, weight, size, and/or shape within quality tolerance to meet customer specifications while meeting productivity standards.
Must be able to work independently and lead employees within a small group to ensure production schedule and quality standards are met and report issues to supervisor.
Direct production personnel to ensure orders are produced in a timely fashion and adhere to safety and quality standards in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

Prior experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment preferred.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.

Must be fluent in the English language, both written and spoken.
Prior supervisory/lead experience preferred.
Must be able to use simple math and use basic hand-held measuring tools.
