Kodiak Labor Solutions is expanding our internal recruiting leadership team! We’re looking for a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager to lead, mentor, and develop our recruiting team serving operating companies across North and South Carolina. This is a key leadership role within Kodiak’s national recruiting organization—responsible for ensuring consistent hiring success, improving recruiting processes, and building strong partnerships with field and operations leadership.

You’ll be at the intersection of people, process, and performance, ensuring our teams are staffed with the best talent in the industry while continuing to elevate Kodiak’s reputation as the trusted labor partner in construction.

  • Travel regionally (approx. 25%) to operating companies and project sites for training, alignment, and relationship building.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with project management and operations to ensure alignment on hiring goals and priorities.
  • Monitor recruiting performance metrics, ensuring quality and efficiency across all open requisitions.
  • Lead and coach a team of two recruiters supporting operating companies across NC and SC.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies for both skilled trades and internal professional roles.
  • Support Kodiak’s employer brand by reinforcing consistency, professionalism, and responsiveness in all candidate interactions.
  • Partner with regional leadership and HR to forecast workforce needs and build strategic recruiting plans.
