Register Hiring Managers and Recruiter for various recruitment activities, and attend those events as needed (school career fairs, trade shows, networking events, conferences, etc.)
Schedule phone/in-person/video interviews
This work may involve sitting for extended periods, bending or kneeling.
Assist with, updating, and maintaining various recruiting docs/templates (offer letters, check-lists, etc.)
Assist with administering the ATS (currently Jobvite), to include: posting jobs, maintaining refreshing job posts, closing positions.
Collaborate with HR and Corporate Recruiter to continue to improve and streamline recruiting and onboarding efforts, and assist where appropriate.
Work closely with Corporate Recruiters to support recruiting efforts of Support- positions, to include: resume screening, candidate submittals, scheduling interviews, offer letter generation, and sourcing.

Must be able to learn and retain large amounts of general information.
Junior or Senior standing in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or similar field of study, OR recent graduation from one of these degree programs.

Ability to complete thorough and detailed work with accuracy and consistency.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
Computer literacy, especially in regards to knowledge of Microsoft applications, and ability to quickly learn additional software programs.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
Proficiency in basic math.
Ability to multi-task, maintain a high attention to detail, problem solve, and maintain a positive attitude.
This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
