In this role you will receive service calls from the Service Resource Center, determine equipment or system malfunctions, and perform service and repairs on sprinkler systems for commercial, industrial, and residential applications, including wet, dry, pre‑action, deluge, and fire pump systems. You will read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and product manuals, deliver high‑level customer service, work independently, and follow prescribed troubleshooting procedures while maintaining truck inventory and adhering to safety guidelines.
Candidates must have 3–5 years of documented fire‑sprinkler service experience, computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, mobile apps), and the ability to service all water‑based fire‑protection systems. A high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, flexible hours (including weekends), and the ability to travel overnight are required. Physical capabilities include lifting up to 70 lb, climbing ladders or scaffolding, and working in confined spaces. Preferred qualifications include NICET certification, backflow certification, and fire‑pump experience.
