* Attract, develop, and retain top talent by actively coaching/mentoring, sponsoring, and training our people. This includes actively participating in global Communities of Practice to share technical knowledge and lessons learned across offices/regions.

We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Wastewater Lead who will lead and deliver projects with key municipal clients. As Wastewater Lead, you will leverage your project management, technical experience, and leadership skills to optimize the delivery team’s performance and consistently deliver high-quality technical solutions for our clients. You'll work on infrastructure projects, evaluating and selecting the best treatment approach to solve a client’s challenges, along with planning and designing treatment systems and plant improvements. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of treatment processes, and you’ll play an important role in improving the resiliency of our clients’ assets. The Wastewater Lead should have a demonstrated record of successful project delivery, maintaining client relationships, and working to ensure that Jacobs is the consultant-of-choice. 10+ years of progressive responsibility as an engineer and in engineering consulting leadership roles with Water, Wastewater, and related water market projects.
Strong understanding of technical solutions and project delivery, and a proven history of leading project delivery teams to successfully meet client expectations.
Excellent verbal and written communication, self-motivation, team-oriented work practices, and technical problem-solving.
Professional Engineer (PE) license.
B.S. or M.S. degree in a related engineering, science, or applicable discipline.
Proven track record in developing and maintaining strong client relationships that result in the creation and procurement of new and repeat consulting work.
