Provide information to other departments on employee changes.
Collaborate with HR on business priorities.
Prepare and process end to end payroll weekly and monthly.
Process submitted weekly timesheets via internal systems.
Manage pension schemes, ensuring accuracy for new starters and current employees.
Create and distribute payroll reports both weekly and monthly.
Archive previous month's payroll documents.
Generate invoices for PPE, training, PCNs, and damages via SAGE.
Export and submit weekly and monthly BACs report.
Maintain payroll email inbox per Payroll SLAs.
Ensure accurate final pay for leavers and update exit documentation.
Submit RTI, FPS, and EPS to HMRC weekly, ensuring timely payments for employees.
Support payroll projects and process improvements.
Assist with month-end/year-end payroll duties (P60s, P11ds) and audits.

Ability to meet deadlines and respond positively to pressure.
Must have experience and be proficient with SAGE 50 payroll – at least 2 years experience using this payroll software

Strong administration experience and organisational skills.

Minimum 2 years payroll experience (certified or qualified by experience)
Excellent attention to detail.
Discretion and the ability to work with sensitive information/data while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality.
