Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience as an estimator in the fireproofing or construction industry.
Knowledge of spray-applied fireproofing materials and application techniques.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience with commercial and industrial fireproofing projects.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
