The manager will work directly with the Standards and Governance Lead and collaborate closely with development teams, solution architects, project managers and operations across JLL’s locations in Bengaluru, Gurugram and Hyderabad. This is an individual‑contribution role reporting to the Standards and Governance Lead, with a 40‑hour weekly schedule on‑site.
- Implement and maintain Mendix development standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices.
- Conduct periodic audits of Mendix applications for security, performance, and quality compliance.
- Create and maintain governance documentation, procedures, and CI/CD pipelines for Mendix.
- Integrate automated testing, code quality checks, and security scans into deployment workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployment pipelines to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Review Mendix architectures and perform code reviews, providing feedback to development teams.
- Track and report governance metrics, compliance status, and improvement opportunities.
- Support incident analysis, root‑cause investigations, and develop incident response procedures.
- Coordinate with operations during critical incidents, maintaining audit trails and change‑management workflows.
- Contribute to the Mendix Center of Excellence strategy, develop reusable components, and maintain a knowledge base.
- Develop training programs, standard operating procedures, and promote adoption of Mendix best practices across the organization.

We are hiring a Manager – Standards & Governance with at least ten years of experience establishing technical governance frameworks for Mendix projects. The role will define, implement and enforce Mendix development standards, architectural guidelines and best practices while ensuring organizational compliance. A valid Expert or Intermediate Mendix certification, hands‑on project delivery experience and proven Agile delivery expertise are required, and the position may also oversee governance for RPA, BPM, OCR, generative AI, data transformation and integrations.
- 5–7 years of Mendix platform development/administration experience; Mendix Workflow Solution Expert/Intermediate certification.
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools for Mendix, version control (Git) and automated testing frameworks.
- 3+ years in technical governance, compliance, or quality‑assurance roles.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and governance integration.
- Knowledge of security standards, data‑privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proven incident‑management experience coordinating cross‑functional response teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills; ability to provide constructive feedback.
- Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.
