  • Conducting and promoting collaboration internally and externally to Applied Digital Services / Kier ensuring successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, supporting with the identification and response to risks at all levels delivering strategic and project objectives on time and within scope
  • Overseeing the learning and development activities for the Applied Digital Services Team, checking that all training is identified and completed within budget and a reasonable timeframe, all training must be approved and booked inline with the correct process and reported to the necessary stakeholders at regular intervals
  • Assisting in creating and implementing governance frameworks within ADS such as the Integrated Management System (IMS). Monitor and enforce governance frameworks such as the IMS.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and efficiency gains such as month end and project delivery / reporting, collaborating with teams, enhancing productivity and optimising processes, driving the adoption of best practice in project delivery, management, and governance, identifying key stakeholders, analysing and building / maintaining relationships, liaising between departments throughout the business and project lifecycle, ensuring stakeholder expectations and project requirements are defined and managed
