In this role you will manage tenant revenue processes, ensure accurate financial recording, and support reporting and research activities while collaborating with internal partners.
- Record tenant receivable activity in the accounting system.
- Input data, generate reports, and conduct specialized research using automated office tools.
- Process tenant billings and payments accurately and timely for assigned properties.
- Generate and distribute approximately 350 invoices each month.
- Respond to vendor payment inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Monitor and follow up on aging maintenance receivables.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal partners.

We seek candidates with a post‑secondary education in accounting or business, 1‑2 years of progressive accounts‑receivable or accounting experience, and strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and accounting software such as YARDI is preferred.
