The Technician role performs preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime. Our fleet varies by location but primarily includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools and equipment, with specialty locations featuring large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems and oil/gas equipment.

- Build skills by working on a variety of makes, models & equipment
- High school diploma or GED required, some trade school or equivalent training desired
- 5+ years of technician experience with diesel, heavy, or specialty line equipment (generators, pumps, HVAC, oil & gas) strongly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems & troubleshooting skills
- Advanced knowledge of electrical systems & troubleshooting skills
- Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
