  • The role involves coordination of the complex project implementation with national or international partners. If necessary, participation with subcontractors, possibly also with international suppliers in a foreign language. Ensuring that the project goals are achieved with the customer.
  • The Site manager role involves overall coordination, monitoring and delivery of the overall Installation & Testing of the ETCS L2 based Railway signaling project for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail project.
  • Leadership: This role envisages technical leadership of the site project team including installation and testing resource planning and coordination with the organizational units involved.
  • Site Manager for a Railway Signaling project based on latest ETCS L2 with ATO using 5G and contributing to the building of the prestigious & critical Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail project for the country. Responsibility for results, site management within time, budget and quality framework: Ensuring timely completion targets and customer satisfaction for projects of this complexity.

  • Railway Signaling Site progress monitoring and control experience
  • You carry around at least 6 years of experience with more than 4 years in Site Management in a Railway Signalling.
  • You have Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Electrical / Electronic / Telecom engineering;
  • Experience in Railway High Speed Railway Main Line (preferred)
  • Having experience of creating and handling Installation, Test procedures.
  • You have 3 years of experience in Electronic Interlocking with centralized CTC/TMS for Railway signaling.
  • Experience in handling projects involving Multiple stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English.
  • Ideal: Intercultural work experience in collaborating with global teams
  • Having experience of working on ETCS based project preferable over GSMR/4G/5G.
