- Ensure consistent model structure, LOD, naming conventions, and data exchange protocols
- Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in line with client and project standards
- Support integration of BIM with asset management, quantity take-off, and digital twin initiatives
- Lead multidisciplinary BIM coordination, clash detection, and model validation activities
- Oversee the setup, governance, and maintenance of Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms (e.g., ProjectWise, Aconex, BIM 360)
