Description

Run quarterly and annual reports and update OSHA log; assign and track OSHA 10-hour training courses for field employees across the firm
Assist with the preparation & coordination of training sessions and events, including putting together training presentations and presenting safety training material
Assign various training courses and track completion
Research topical issues and provide recommended approaches
Follow up with vendors on escalated issues
Partner with Safety and Security Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies, procedures and programs
Manage programs such as AED/Fire Extinguisher/Fleet Maintenance, Duress Button, and Evacuation plans, ensuring appropriate training and audits are completed
Partner with teammates to answer day-to-day questions across a variety of programs and subject areas
Create, proofread, and maintain guidance documents internally, as well as our safety documentation on 3 rd party sites such as ISNetworld and Avetta
Complete Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) section on client “Requests for Proposals”
Co-lead system management of our Safety platform
Assist with firmwide safety and security incidents that unexpectedly arise, ensuring appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks
Support teammates on a variety of requests and special projects

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Environmental Science, or related field
Capable balancing multiple tasks/priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests for assistance
Visibility of work requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and discretion with confidential information
Experience in a health or safety related field and/or Cal/OSHA is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
