Warehouse Associate

Description

The role supports warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, warehousing, and distribution while maintaining inventory accuracy, equipment condition, and workplace safety.

• Initiate, coordinate, and enforce program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures for receiving, warehousing, and distribution.
• Conduct physical inventory counts to control stock levels.
• Plan and implement new warehouse layout designs, inspect equipment, and issue work orders for repairs or replacements.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, to place products and materials correctly.
• Load and log materials onto trucks, noting returned items.
• Prepare jobs and materials for all crews.
• Clean trucks inside and out.
• Deliver materials and transport employees to job sites.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lb regularly.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse practices.
• Willingness to deliver product between offices daily.
• Forklift experience (required).
• Familiarity with home‑remodeling products or construction materials (preferred).
