The Structural Digital Delivery Lead works within the Resources Business Group on multi‑discipline engineering design projects such as waste transfer facilities, electrical substations, natural gas compressor stations, and LNG facilities. Reporting to the RBG Digital Design and Delivery Lead, the role leverages Autodesk Revit to develop and maintain BIM content, build Revit interfaces, templates, and standards, and support project teams with technical execution. It also collaborates with regional DDLs to keep BIM content libraries current across all RBG practices and disciplines.
The lead provides direction for digital delivery coordinators and specialists, managing the digital model environment and ensuring high‑quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining model health, overseeing document management systems, and mentoring team members while autonomously executing tasks. By establishing server infrastructure, discipline models, and coordinated digital delivery plans, the lead ensures that technical support aligns with project schedules and client expectations.
- Provide direction for Digital Delivery Coordinators and Specialists and manage the digital model environment and deliverables at the project level.
- Work with Project Manager to generate and maintain the Digital Delivery Plan, establishing server infrastructure, discipline models, and digital deliverables.
- Execute digital deliverables and support production teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide technical support and communicate deliverable schedules to the project team.
- Monitor model health and coordination processes from planning through construction document issuance.
- Mentor and guide team members while executing tasks autonomously.
- Oversee development and maintenance of the Digital Delivery Plan.
- Monitor and oversee document management system establishment and server infrastructure for multi‑discipline projects.

- Understand discipline interactions and construction document production.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and related add‑ins, workflows, and associated software.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Plant 3D and Civil 3D.
- Experience with Autodesk BIM 360, ACC, Navisworks, and InfraWorks.
- Knowledge of ProjectWise and/or ProjectWise 365.
- Ability to use BlueBeam and other PDF editors.
- Understanding of model clash detection techniques.
- Technical degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum 5 years of digital design (BIM authoring) and 5 years of digital delivery (model management) experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of discipline relationships and building system operations.
- Advanced skillset in 3D design software and document management infrastructure.
- Advanced proficiency with 3D coordination tools.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards, discipline codes, and specifications.
- Knowledge of basic automation and programming for efficiencies.
- Experience with 3D design software add‑ins and supporting applications.
- Understanding of content creation and management concepts.
