What you would be doing

Assemble and install high-voltage equipment such as circuit switchers and motor-operated switches
Inspect high-voltage terminations and connections for quality compliance
Carry out advanced installations and modifications with minimal supervision

Utilize hypress tools, hydraulic benders, magnetic drills, and bus punches at an expert level

Must successfully complete a background check and pre-employment/random drug tests
Proficiency in English for reading, writing, speaking, and documentation
Skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints
NETA Level 2, 3, or 4 certification
Experience training or leading field crews
Proven time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
